Mostly the dishes we grew up eating, with a few changes of our own.
Where it started
Divine Eats started the way a lot of good cooking does. Family and friends kept asking for plates, then for whole pans, then for food for their events.
We still cook everything by hand: mac and cheese baked in the pan, chicken seasoned the night before, and greens that simmer as long as they need to. The Cajun pasta is one of our own additions, and it's turned into one of the most requested things we make.
We cook for church dinners, reunions, birthdays, office lunches and regular weeknights when nobody feels like cooking.
